Dave Bautista said in this interview that he thinks that Blade Runner 2049 will be better than Blade Runner and “answer some questions”.

Well, if you’d ask me the questions are what made Blade Runner such a masterpiece, the questions are what the audience should try to answer themselves. So, another question is if we want answers? My answer to that is no. I’d like to  keep the questions and keep them unanswered.

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

One trailer for Blade runner, 2049 has been released today. Ryan Gossling and Harrison Ford (with the “Blaster”) can be seen in environments that look both very “Blade Runnerish” and a bit clean & scaled down. Enjoy 🙂
