HD-DVD rip to PC snapshots
« on: June 26, 2008, 03:27:02 pm »
Hi folks!

Just a sample snapshots taken from Final Cut HD-DVD ripped version, from PC (using SMPlayer to snap). The difference of quaility between DVD and HD-DVD is very funny.
Waiting for Blue Ray snaps directly from original discs. My Lite On unit dosn't works with Disc 1..... (Disc 2 works fine, I don't know what happens). Perhaps Disc 1 is faulty, who knows.

Anyway, here you have one of my favourite stills. When Deckard stops near Bradbury:

JPEG version, as is:

JPEG version, level corrected:

Original captures are 2Mb each one, in PNG format. If you are interested, there are 48 snapshots to show all of you! :-)

hehe! Yeah, it's a great snap to put as background.... Now, I'm making some for two-monitor background. Snapshots must be double-sized to cover both of them (1280x1024 each one) but the results are impressive....

Stay tuned!
