Hi all,

is there any one who have an idea as to why you can hear the owl flying ...

I mean the wing beats of the Owl, I have personally been close to Owls flying in Nature ... and believe me - they are not heard at all unless voicing out.

Their flight are totally silent, so why sound of wing beats in the office?

Myth´s only exist due to the lack of knowlegde.

well...within the context of the story (correct me if I am wrong)  the owl was not real.
...another tyrell product

and therefore mechanical, to some degree
and that might explain somewhat noisier flight than the real thing?

but to offer a direct answer to your cannot hear the owls wings, in the movie.
what you can hear is the foley's added sound effect of flapping wings.
...a technical error (you might consider) that ridley scott was not aware of and probably did not care about?
most viewers would expect some noise anyway, having not lived in the woods.
